3. Dump Truck Hydraulic System Working Principle

The airway system maintains kinetic energy through the vehicle's own air reservoir, the oil path passes through the gear pump, and the gear pump obtains kinetic energy from the gearbox through the power take-off. I. The air control valve 6 is moved to the "lifting" position. At this time, the compressed air enters the right end of the reversing valve in the lift valve 3 through the limit valve 5, pushes the valve core to the left, and the valve core is moved to the left, and then the oil pump 2 output pressure oil, after a one-way valve, the valve into the lower chamber of the cylinder 4, push the piston up, move up to a certain position, hit the limit valve 5, so that the limit valve spool left, cut off the control on the gas path, the piston rises and stops. At this time, the dump truck box reaches the maximum lifting height.

2. The air control valve 6 is pulled to the "down" position, and the compressed air directly enters the left valve of the reversing valve in the lift valve 3, and at the same time closes the power take-off device. At this time, the oil pump 2 outputs the oil and the oil in the oil tank through the radiator drained back to the tank, and the piston of the cylinder drops under the weight of the cargo box .
